Belmont Corridor PBID Community Workshop Recap
The City of Fresno and CivicMic held an open house community workshop on May 13 for local Belmont Avenue property owners. Attendees had a chance to ask questions, get answers, and voice support or concerns.

Belmont Avenue PBID Survey Results:
The most-cited “top issue” is homelessness, and the most requested improvements are: homeless outreach services,
beautification/landscaping, lighting/safety enhancements, plus increased patrols and street/sidewalk cleaning. PBID familiarity is low, but support is relatively high if it addresses the stated issues, and most respondents want to stay engaged.
Property Owner Primary Interests:
- Homeless outreach services

- Lighting, safety, and cleaning improvements
- PBID support if it addresses key issues
Property Owner Primary Concerns:
- Homelessness and safety
- Trash, litter, and appearance
