The Ocean Avenue CBD was formally formed in 2010 for a 15-year term and continues to be a funding mechanism for various improvements, operations, and maintenance within the district boundaries. Some of the services that the CBD has been providing include, but are not limited to, cleaning and maintenance, safety, marketing, and streetscape improvements.
