The City of Fresno has teamed up with CivicMic to engage with the community about potential Property-Based Improvement Districts (PBIDs) in the Belmont Avenue and Blackstone Avenue corridors.

The two projects are separate, although goals are similar: PBIDs aim to help commercial zones clean, safe, attractive, and more appealing to customers and tenants.
