Downtown Redding Property-Based Improvement District
The City of Redding is evaluating the potential formation of a Property-Based Improvement District, or PBID, for Downtown Redding.
A PBID could provide locally directed funding for services and improvements beyond those ordinarily provided by the City. Potential services may include enhanced cleaning, safety initiatives, beautification, maintenance, marketing, and improvements to public spaces.

What Is a PBID?
