CivicMic will provide opportunities for public engagement for the communities of West Linda and Olivehurst in Yuba County. Our focus will be on the comprehensive road improvement projects, specifically the Local Transportation Climate Adaptation Program (LTCAP) and California Active Transportation Program (ATP).
These projects will be funded by state and local funds, a majority of which will be from the LTCAP and ATP grants. These projects will provide safer communities by enabling pedestrians to commute on sidewalks and bike lanes where they currently don't exist, improving storm drain systems, and by reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
