District Quick Facts

  • The Foskett Ranch Assessment District provided funding for the following public improvements:
    • Nicolaus Road offsite sewer extension, off-site reclaimed water line, and the first phase of Joiner Parkway.
    • Completion of Joiner Parkway extension.
    • Completion of Road A in addition to other required infrastructure such as wastewater conveyance facilities, storm drain facilities, water supply, backbone roadways, and in-tract infrastructure.

  • The Lincoln Airpark Community Facilities District provided funding for the following public improvements:
    • Acquisition or construction of a road connecting the project to Highway 65 from what is commonly known as Lincoln Airpark Drive.
    •  Purchase by the City of a conservation easement of wetland mitigation in connection with the Lincoln Airpark development.
    • Acquisition of storm drainage improvements.

Lincoln Crossing Community Facilities District No. 2003-1

District Quick Facts

  • The Lincoln Crossing Communities Facilities District provided funding for the following public improvements:
    • Wastewater Improvements – Expansion of the existing wastewater plant and a new wastewater plant.
    • Water Improvements – PCWA increased its surface water diversion and treatment plant facilities. Reserved 1.43 million gallons of water per day for Lincoln Crossing. Construction of a water transmission pipeline, a City distribution pipeline, water storage facilities, and additional groundwater wells.
    •  Roadway Improvements – Construction of Joiner Parkway as a 4 lane road from Ferrari Ranch Road to Moore Road. Construction of two lanes of the portion of Ferrari Ranch Road north of Joiner Parkway.
    •  Bridge Improvements - Joiner Parkway overcrossing of Highway 65, interchange improvements to that overcrossing, and two bridges over South Ingraham Slough to Villages 8 and 9.

District Boundaries

Twelve Bridges Assessment District No. 1995-1 (Series 1999 and 2001)

 

District Quick Facts

  • The Twelve Bridges Assessment District provided funding for the following public improvements:
    • Improvement of the Highway 65 and Twelve Bridges Drive interchange and related work.
    • One water well, two water storage tanks, a 12-inch water line;
    • A new Placer County Water Agency cross-basin waterline.
    • Two 12-inch sewage force mains and a 21 inch-sewer line to be located in Lincoln Boulevard.
    • The expansion of the City’s existing sewage treatment plant;
    • The planning, design, and Improvement of the first phase of a new regional wastewater treatment and reclamation plant.
    • A new fire station.
    • A portion of the Improvement of Lincoln Parkway, north and south of the Twelve Bridges Interchange (collectively, the “Initial Improvements”).
