CivicMic and the City of Diamond Bar are hosting a second virtual (Zoom) and telephone community meeting to discuss the dissolution of LAD No. 39 that occurred on January 18, 2022, and the proposed formation of a new district (LAD No. 39-2022) that would fund ongoing landscaping maintenance and improvements.
