Survey

A survey is mailed and posted where stakeholders have an opportunity to provide their opinions on services provided by the BID, fees, and fee allocation.

Community Meeting

CivicMic hosts a community meeting to determine stakeholders' attitudes about services, fees, and fee allocation in Downtown San Mateo and provide them with an opportunity to make suggestions and ask questions.

City Council Meeting

City Council will open the discussion about the request to update the fee and the fee allocation.

City Council Meeting

City Council will hold Public Hearing, allowing interested persons to “hear and be heard.” At the close of the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider the updated fee and fee allocation.
