Downtown Tulare PBID Informational Meeting 3.4.25

Hello Property Owners,

Property owners, business owners, and the community have expressed interest in seeing Downtown Tulare thrive. In response, the City of Tulare explored ways to support a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant downtown. One viable solution is the formation of a Property-Based Improvement District (PBID).

A Property Owner Community Meeting will be held to discuss this opportunity:

📅 Date: March 4, 2025
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Tulare Public Library, 475 N M St, Tulare, CA 93274 (Council Chambers)
