Updated 12/15/2020 - The final survey has closed. We appreciate your participation.
In this post, CivicMic shares the final survey for the Hesperia Golf & Country Club project and the proposed formation of a Community Facilities District ("CFD"). The City has proposed the formation of a CFD to assist with the funding of improvements, maintenance, and ongoing operations of the 18-hole golf course and country club. Note: The formation of a CFD results in a special tax added to the secured property tax bill of parcels within the boundaries of the CFD. Click here to view the proposed boundaries for the CFD. If you are new to this topic, please click on the Quick Links for valuable information.
Important: The formation of a CFD must be approved by the affected voters. The City can't form a CFD without voter approval.

Many of us who’s property back up to the golf course only view tumbleweeds. Those tumbleweeds are on golf course property. This affects about 25% of the property owners who back up to the golf course. Most would be please to live next to a nice view and vote for it but not to view tumbleweeds.
