Hesperia Community Meeting - Hesperia Golf & Country Club

Hesperia Community Meeting – Hesperia Golf & Country Club

CivicMic and the City of Hesperia are hosting a virtual (Zoom) and telephone Hesperia community meeting on Wednesday, October 21st at 6:30 PM (PST) to discuss improvements, maintenance, and services for the Hesperia Golf & Country Club facilities.  The City has proposed the formation of a Community Facilities District ("CFD") - a special tax added to the property taxes of properties surrounding the golf course that benefit the most from the improvements.  The purpose of the meeting is to address concerns and comments received at the previous Hesperia community meeting held in May on this topic and how they are being considered in the final version of the plan.  The meeting will also cover updated proposed special tax rates, including the newly added Zone 3, and the next steps required for the formation of the CFD.

Important: The formation of a Community Facilities District must be approved by the affected voters. The City can't form a Community Facilities District without voter approval.

For security reasons, telephone and Zoom meeting login information will be posted one hour before the meeting at:
