CivicMic and the City of Diamond Bar hosted a virtual (Zoom) and telephone LAD No. 39 second meeting on January 26, 2022, to discuss the dissolution of LAD No. 39 and the proposed formation of a new district (LAD No. 39-2022) that would fund ongoing landscaping maintenance and improvements.
