Meeting for Hesperia Golf & Country Club Improvements

Based on survey results, the City of Hesperia has selected the date and time of the community (virtual) meeting for Hesperia Golf & Country Club improvements, maintenance and services to be funded by a proposed Community Facilities District ("CFD") special tax.  Note that CFD special taxes added and collected with property taxes can only be used for the improvements, maintenance and services as authorized by the voters and listed in the documents creating the CFD.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the CFD formation process and ascertain the improvements, maintenance and services supported by the community for the Hesperia Golf & Country Club.

Important: Formation of a Community Facilities District must be approved by the affected voters. The City can't form a Community Facilities District without voter approval.
