Benefit Assessment Districts: Ocean Avenue CBD

The Ocean Avenue CBD was formally formed in 2010 for a 15-year term and continues to be a funding mechanism for various improvements, operations, and maintenance within the district boundaries. Some of the services that the CBD has been providing include, but are not limited to, cleaning and maintenance, safety, marketing, and streetscape improvements. The City of La Habra Heights formed the Street Maintenance Assessment District No. 7 in June of 2018 to fund the maintenance of streets and drainage improvements throughout the City. The construction contract for the next Street Improvement Project for the Fiscal Year 2019/20 was recently awarded to R.J. Noble.
