What is your concern about sending an email link prior to the meeting to those who have registered? You are going to loose a lot of people who are going to forget to go to the website. We all have been zooming for 8 months now and although there might be some concerns it seems very likely that a meeting of this type will draw much unregistered attendance. Don’t be surprised if your attendance is low.
