The City of Fairfield (the “City”) annually levies and collects assessments to maintain specific lighting and landscaping improvements and services in your area through a Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District (“LLMD”). Over the last few years, the cost of this maintenance has exceeded the revenue generated by the current assessment rates. The Fairfield engineer’s reports for Rolling Hills LLMD No. 7, Paradise Valley LLMD No. 11, and North Cordelia LLMD No. 13 have been published.  The annual charges were approved and appear on the secured property tax bill of properties within each District’s boundaries.  The charges fund the landscaping improvements and maintenance within each District.
