The City of Fairfield (the “City”) annually levies and collects assessments to maintain specific lighting and landscaping improvements and services in your area through a Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District (“LLMD”). Over the last few years, the cost of this maintenance has exceeded the revenue generated by the current assessment rates.
