Find Your 2020-21 LMD Levy: Oxnard

As recently reported by CivicMic, the City of Oxnard Maintenance Assessment District levies were approved for Fiscal Year 2020-21 at the June 2, 2020, Council meeting.  The levies fund the maintenance of public improvements for approximately forty (40) neighborhoods throughout the City. Oxnard Maintenance Assessment District Levies Approved for Fiscal Year 2020-21

The City of Oxnard Maintenance Assessment District levies were approved for Fiscal Year 2020-21 at the June 2, 2020, Council meeting.  The Council meeting Agenda included public hearings for the setting and approval of the various assessment levies for forty (40) districts.  The levies fund the maintenance of public improvements for approximately forty (40) neighborhoods throughout the City.  The assessment levies will be included in the County secured property tax bills due December 10, 2020, and April 10, 2021. CivicMic has received responses from the survey on the maintenance of public improvements such as landscaping.
