CivicMic is working with the City of Turlock to provide a communication platform and opportunities for public engagement. Specifically, we will be focusing on potential rate adjustments to sewer services.

• Revenue Needs: To maintain reliable sewer services, we must generate sufficient revenue to
cover operational and maintenance costs.
• Capital Improvements: Upgrading and maintaining our infrastructure requires significant
investment, which these rate adjustments will help fund.
• Legal Compliance: By updating our rates, we adhere to California law standards, including
Proposition 218, ensuring fairness and transparency.
