Summary of the 10/8/24 City Council Meeting - Sewer Rate Adoption

During the Regular City Council Meeting on October 8, 2024, the Turlock City Council adopted updated Sewer Service User Rates following the Proposition 218 process. The Council also approved the Sewer Rate Study prepared by NBS.

The City Clerk reported receiving 29 protests out of 18,108 parcels subject to the sewer rates, confirming that a majority protest was not filed.
